So what can you expect when you join Argos for great graduate career opportunities?

For a start, a place on our graduate programme means a very real commitment to you and your career.

Our unique programme for graduates is based at the centre of the business, our Avebury head office in Milton Keynes.

The programme’s aim is to develop graduates as leaders of the future through a broad, practical understanding of the key disciplines that underpin retail: commercial trading, commercial supply, and marketing. Dependent on your programme, you will also be exposed to one of the following: group commercial, financial services and e-commerce. For a career in any of these areas, we’ll need you to be as passionate about customers as we are.

The graduate programme is overseen by Argos’ board of directors, all of whom have a vested interest in the success of each graduate.

Your development within the programme will be sponsored by the director whose discipline best matches your graduate skills, potential and ambitions. Throughout the graduate programme, we will work with you to define your goals – mapping the direction and pace of your career development.

If your area of preference changes as the graduate programme proceeds, we will adjust everything to make sure that you get the most out of our graduate programme – and that we get the best out of you.
