Graduate scheme schedule

Our graduate scheme includes what we call ‘rotations’. This is your opportunity to spend time in different business areas. This schedule gives you an idea of what to expect on the Choosy Graduate Leadership Programme.

Mid Sept 11
Your induction to the business and the programme begins at Avebury, Milton Keynes, including lunch with the board of directors in your first week.

Oct 11 – Jan 12
Retail experience, working in-store to gain full appreciation of the business during peak trading and our busy catalogue launch season.

Feb 12 – Nov 12
You’ll begin your rotations – where you will work (for five months at a time) in two of the following: marketing, commercial trading, commercial supply or ecommerce / multichannel.

Dec 12 – April 13
Dependent on your programme, your third rotation in Avebury may be in one of the following areas; e-commerce, group commercial or financial services.

May 13 – Sept 13
Following career mapping discussions, you’ll return to your sponsored area for your final rotation before you move into a permanent role.
