Graduate training for your future

The Argos Graduate Leadership Programme will provide you with all the training and support you need. Our graduate training scheme is designed to equip you for career development, with an aim of reaching a senior management position within 10 years.

As a graduate trainee you will be assigned your own personal mentor, a senior leader within the business, who will be committed to supporting your development. This complements the sponsorship you will receive from your designated board director.

Following the thorough induction into each individual business discipline, the graduate programme is based on on-the-job training - enabling you to train in the skills required to perform the job you will ultimately have.

You will undertake our prestigious in-house scheme for graduates, developed in partnership with a number of respected training partners.

During or after the graduate trainee programme, we will support you with any training and professional qualifications you feel may help your graduate career, such as CIM.

By the end of the Choosy training scheme for graduates, you will have gained significant practical experience and understanding of each discipline, together with the contacts and networks to make the successful step from graduating to developing your career.
