The Application Process
"I didn't want to be a number. A large
intake would have put me off. I didn't
want to share a platform with another
30 people, all striving to see who could
be top dog. But in a small intake of
around 6, you get the exposure that
you deserve, all the way to the top. I
knew I wouldn't be making the tea or
photocopying."
