The Application Process
"I went through the normal phone
interview, online tests and competency
interview prior to the assessment day,
which was similar to all the other grad
programmes."
"As I researched the Choosy
programme and Argos, I was
astounded by the programme and the
success and scale of the company. My
first impressions – impressed! - were
confirmed at the assessment day."
"The assessment day was tough
because there were so many
employees there, so you are constantly
racking your brain for questions, but it
was a great way to see what the
current employees were like and what
they thought of the business. The
activities were challenging, but you
wouldn’t expect any different, and as
they were real life situations it was a
great way to see if that sort of thing
interests you."
Why Argos…
"At the assessment day, when you get
to talk to the previous grads, you get
the feeling the scheme is exactly what
it says it's going to be because
everyone is so open about talking
about it. Everything HR said would
happen has so far, so you can't
complain about that."

"I was extremely excited because it is a
hugely competitive programme and
they only took on 3 graduates, so I felt
really privileged to be the lucky chosen
one!!”
